Timber Management Plans
Timber Management Plans are a voluntary means of
receiving a great tax benefit. To be eligible, a
Management Plan is required on all parcels 6-Acre and
over that have trees on them where the owner wants to
mange the trees including cutting for profit. Timber
Management Plans are transferable in the sale of real
estate.
